Adding voice, vision, and value for ADHD authors.

I’m so excited to tell you about a new service I’m launching, offering writing and editing services specifically for nonfiction authors with ADHD.

Almost one in 20 adults in the United States have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), including celebrities and leaders such as Trevor Noah, Richard Branson, and Emma Watson. To their literary agents and editors (and ghostwriters!), they may seem to be the “difficult authors”: the ones who struggle to organize their thoughts, lose sight of details such as citations or permissions, or ghost you a week before a deadline.

Recently I realized that many of my author clients—including business founders, athletes, and speakers—have ADHD or related issues. Over the years, I’ve developed quite a toolbox of techniques and strategies to help smooth their writing and publishing path. And now, together with the wonderfully talented Autumn Jade Monroe, I’m offering ghostwriting and developmental editing services on book proposals and full manuscripts, specifically tailored for these authors. Jade and I work with each author jointly or individually, depending on the nature of the project.

If you know an author who might benefit from working with us, we would love to hear from you—we’re now booking projects from May 2023 onward. If you’d like to find out more about us and our work with ADHD authors, visit our website www.adhdauthors.com
